Complaints procedure
Last reviewed: 30 July 2026
Curve Radio welcomes constructive feedback and will try to resolve complaints fairly. Complaints may concern a programme, presenter conduct, community behaviour, accessibility, privacy, technical support or information published on the website.
How to complain
Email curveradio@outlook.com with the subject line Complaint. Please include your preferred contact details, what happened, the relevant programme or date, any useful evidence and the outcome you are seeking.
Response times
Curve Radio aims to acknowledge a complaint within seven calendar days and provide a full response within 28 calendar days. Complex matters may take longer; where practical, the complainant will be told why.
How complaints are handled
The operator will consider the available information and may ask relevant people for their account. Possible outcomes include an explanation, correction, apology, removal of content, community moderation, changes to procedures or no further action where the complaint is unsupported.
Safeguarding and immediate risks
Safeguarding concerns should be clearly marked and will be handled under the safeguarding information. Curve Radio is not an emergency service.
Privacy complaints
Privacy concerns can be sent to the same email address. People may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office about the handling of their personal information.
Online-only status
Curve Radio is currently an online-only station and has not submitted an Ofcom DAB application. The operator will still consider programme-content complaints under this procedure.
